A new friend

I’ve got a new friend. The first time I saw him, I was a bit afraid of touching him. Was he friendly to me, or was he just another boy hanging out in the streets of Mar Elias camp? I didn’t know. He looked hungry, so I let him walk inside the house. He seemed satisfied and started to make this sound “rrr, rrr”. Everyday he comes to our house; not to eat, but to say hi and be near us. We call him “Tigergutt (tigerboy), because of his orange and white stripes.

My dear daughter! Good to know you’ve got a friend! Tigerboy needs some friends, too! I miss you a lot and I wish you were not so far away. I think of you every day, several times during a day.
Stay safe and take good care of yourself.
    Love from mum

I have always wanted a cat, so I think I will feed him and keep him as mine;) We have given him some tuna, and it takes him only 1 min to eat a box of tuna! Amazing.
      I miss you too.
